MyPoliticalManager has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. Privacy on the MyPoliticalManager web site (the "Site") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect. To be effective, the change must first also be approved by TRUSTe, and will include directions on how you may respond to the change.
Collected Information
We collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily give it to us. You must register to use the services ("Service") offered on our Site. We require that you give us contact information, such as, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, billing and shipping information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within an organization that will be using the Service. We may, at various times, ask you for additional, optional information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional campaign information, such office sought/held, party affiliation, etc. You provide this additional information at your option; it is not required to use the Service. MyPoliticalManager uses the information that we collect to set up Services for users including distributing specific information to our partners. This information will specifically relate to your inquiry or purchase of our partner's product and/or service. We may also use the information to contact you to further discuss your interest in our company, the Service that we provide, and to send you information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Your email address will not be distributed or shared except as stated above. Members can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving information from us, at any time by sending an email to opt-out@mypoliticalmanager.com. We will, however, continue to use your e-mail address to send you notices regarding changes in the Services or our policies. All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by MyPoliticalManager for marketing or promotional purposes. MyPoliticalManager uses a third party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web Site but they are not permitted to collect any information. MyPoliticalManager does not share any user information with these parties. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our users and such information to third parties.
Hosting Data
You may use the Site to host data and information ("Data"). MyPoliticalManager will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any Data except as necessary to provide the Service to you, as provided in the MyPoliticalManager Terms and Use, as may be required by law, or at your request.
Transfer of Business Assets
We may also provide your personal identification information to our successor in the event of our merger with, acquisition of, or acquisition by a third party, or to a third party company who purchases our assets in the event of our liquidation or cessation of business operations. We will provide you with reasonable notice and the opportunity to opt-out prior to the disclosure.
Cookies
Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether you have visited the Site previously and may be used to store your username and password. MyPoliticalManager issues a session cookie to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie does not include the username or password of the user. If the cookie is rejected, access to and usage of the Service will be denied.

The Site contains links to other web sites. MyPoliticalManager is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Agents or hosting contractors of MyPoliticalManager who have access to your personally identifiable information in connection with providing services for MyPoliticalManager are required to keep the information confidential and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for MyPoliticalManager. Although MyPoliticalManager will take commercially reasonable measures to try to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your information, you understand and agree that MyPoliticalManager cannot and does not guarantee that such occurrences will not happen; you understand and assume that risk. MyPoliticalManager has no liability for disclosure of information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
Opt-Out Policy
MyPoliticalManager offers you the choice as to how we use your information. If, at any time after registering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing your information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice. Correcting & Updating Your Information
If members need to update or change registration information they may so by editing the account or organization record. To update Account Info, log on to your Account Home Page and access Account Info to add or update information. To update billing information, please e-mail info@mypoliticalmanager.com or call (800) 816-2744. To discontinue the Service and to have data returned, email info@mypoliticalmanager.com or call (800) 816-2744.
